Evette was raised in East Houston where she attended North Shore High School. Upon graduation, she attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where she received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. While at A&M, Evette was a member of the Order of Omega Honors Society. After graduating from A&M, Evette attended law school at Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas. While attending Texas Tech Law, Evette was a student attorney at the Caprock Public Defenders Office where she represented indigent defendants charged with various felony and misdemeanor crimes across 6 different counties surrounding the Lubbock area.
After graduating from Texas Tech School of Law, Evette returned to Houston to practice law in her home town. Since graduation, Evette has focused her legal career on representing injured Texans and their families, and fighting against big money insurance companies and corporations. Evette is passionate about advocating for her clients in and out of the courtroom, and she has a strong record of trial results on many cases across the state of Texas.
