A multi-vehicle accident can cause all sorts of confusion for victims, law enforcement, insurance companies, and even inexperienced lawyers....
New Orleans Office
Brian grew up in Yorkville, Illinois. As a kid, his parents told him he should be a lawyer because he always had a clever retort to their instructions. Turns out, it was sound advice! Brian graduated from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and has practiced in New Orleans ever since.
Brian is currently licensed to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and in Federal Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. As a Super Lawyers nominee, Brian has dedicated his career to helping New Orleans citizens bounce back from life-changing accidents. He has tried cases to both judges and juries and focuses exclusively on cases involving personal injury.
In his free time, he is an active member and rider in the Rolling Elvi Mardi Gras Sub Krewe and the assistant coach for his son Weston’s baseball team, the Lakeview Vikings. As an outstanding cook and pitmaster, Brian also serves as the culinary team captain of “Notorious P.I.G.” in New Orleans’ annual “Hogs for the Cause” cook-off fundraiser for pediatric brain cancer.
Brian lives in New Orleans with his wife Elaine, their sons Weston and Miller, and their dog Irie.
