Tiffany was born and raised in Houston. She attended Jersey Village High School, where she graduated with honors and received the President’s Award for Academic Excellence.
She went on to attend Texas State University in San Marcos and began her legal career as a paralegal working on several high-profile mass tort cases. She was promoted to the intake department as a team lead and eventually became an intake manager. Tiffany held several management positions in various law firms throughout the years before joining the law firm of Stewart J Guss in 2018.
As our intake manager, Tiffany oversees all operations related to the legal intake department. With management experience in all areas of personal injury law, she is uniquely qualified to help lead our intake department to be the best, most compassionate, and most responsive intake department in the nation.
Tiffany is mom to four beautiful children, and there’s never a dull moment in their home. She’s the head Cheer Director for Inwood Youth Association and her other hobbies include traveling, little league football, and rooting for the Houston Rockets, Houston Texans and Houston Astros!

What does “client first” mean to you? “Client first means going above and beyond, doing anything and everything possible to take care of the clients and make sure they are receiving exemplary customer service. It means fighting for justice on their behalf, in order to right whatever wrongdoings they experienced as a result of a negligent driver or company.”
How do you celebrate after a big win for a client? “I don’t normally celebrate but rather rejoice with the client and take pride in the service we provided to get that “big win.” Seeing the client happy and satisfied is all that I need.”
What does it mean to you to work for Stewart J Guss, Attorney at Law? “This firm is founded on strong principles, and the “Client First” motto is enforced and upheld by everyone in the firm. Working at the firm allows me to mirror my everyday life values in my work by always leading by example and putting others first.”
Do you have any hidden talents or surprising hobbies? “I can play the violin and clarinet. I was on the swim team for 7 years and I’m scuba certified.”
What did you think you were going to be when growing up? “A marine biologist, but my mom always wanted me to be an attorney.”
