Kameron Cochran, a proud native of Houston, Texas, grew up in Spring, where her childhood was shaped by the bustling streets of 1960 and Richey Road. From a young age, Kameron showed resilience and determination, traits that would guide her throughout her life. Her passion for personal injury law was ignited during a tumultuous chapter in her family's history—a 14-day trial involving her father's divorce. Witnessing her father navigate that intense legal battle sparked her desire to pursue a career in law and justice.

Kameron's professional journey began with an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, laying the groundwork for a successful career. Over the years, she has worn many hats, from filing clerk to medical records paralegal, building expertise and relationships in the legal field. Her leap into outside sales in the oil and gas industry further honed her networking and business development skills, which she brings to her role as Director of Business Development at Stewart J. Guss.

A significant chapter in Kameron's career was her role as a Strategic Partnership Consultant at Morgan & Morgan. This position allowed her to sell high-value advertising deals, facilitating partnerships where firms could generate passive income while leveraging Morgan & Morgan's marketing capabilities. Her time there not only sharpened her business acumen but also significantly expanded her personal network of licensed attorneys across the country—a resource she continues to leverage in her current role.

Kamerons' career has been marked by numerous accolades, including multiple top sales awards. Yet, she considers her role as a mother to identical twin girls, Kennedy and Khalia, her most significant accomplishment. With her husband by her side as a constant pillar of support, Kameron has embraced the challenge of balancing family and a thriving career.

Outside the office, Kameron channels her energy into weightlifting—a surprising hobby for someone who once dreamed of a career in modeling. A former student at Neal Hamil Centre, Kameron even graced the runway at The Woodlands Mall as a child. Her love for personal growth extends to a long-term goal of attending law school, driven by her insatiable curiosity and dedication to mastering the legal field.
