Scot’s career has been marked by various roles, from running his own firm for 18 years to serving as a judge in the 189th Civil District Court of Harris County, Texas. He has also worked as Senior Litigation Counsel for Travelers Insurance Company.
Beyond his professional achievements, Scot is a family man, married with two grown daughters, three grandchildren, and a love for pets. His hobbies are as diverse as his career, encompassing pie-making, gardening, home repairs, and running.
Scot’s pies, a tradition from his days as a judge, are beloved by his colleagues and clients alike.
Scot’s values are influenced by his parents, Chick and Kit Dollinger, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and community involvement. Despite the challenges of losing his father at a young age, Scot’s resilience and commitment to fairness and justice have defined his career and personal life.
