Zach grew up in Wills Point, a small town east of Dallas. Zach joined the Army National Guard the summer after he graduated from high school and proudly served for 6 years. During that time, he attended Texas A&M University where he earned a B.A. in History with a minor in Military Studies. While at Texas A&M, Zach was a member of the Corps of Cadets, Student Senate, and numerous other campus organizations. After graduation, Zach attended South Texas College of Law in Houston. Zach worked at an insurance defense law firm for two years while in law school where he gained valuable experience as to how insurance companies and defense firms evaluate and process claims. This experience gives him the advantage of significant insight while representing the firm’s personal injury clients.
Before joining the law firm of Stewart J. Guss, Attorney at Law, Zach worked as a litigation attorney at a Dallas personal injury law firm. Zach has represented injured individuals and families throughout Texas against negligent drivers, trucking companies, businesses, and premises owners.
On the weekends, you will likely find Zach competing in BBQ competitions, hunting, spending time with family, or in College Station at a Texas A&M football game.
